Mommas we know how hard it is to find time to exercise after having a baby. It seems like there are not enough hours on a day to complete household and mommy duties.
I started wearing baby Misael around the house and while walking our dog until finally one day he did not want to take a nap so I decided to work out wearing him on the baby carrier and for my surprise after a few minutes baby felt asleep. It was awesome and ever since that day I can't stop loving it.
